We have a special group called the Patient Participation Group (PPG). It’s where patients and staff work together to make our GP surgery even better.

What Does the PPG Do?

  • Shares ideas to help improve the surgery
  • Gives feedback on things like booking appointments
  • Helps make sure patients get great care
  • Talks about what matters to people in our community

About the Meetings

  • The group will meet every few months at the surgery.
  • We talk about how things are going and what could be better.
  • Meeting notes (called minutes) are written down so everyone can see what was discussed.
  • You will be able to read past meeting minutes on our website to see what we’ve talked about.
